At an individual level<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We advise you to avoid food waste at home and be aware when buying.<\/strong> Purchase local food products and support the farmers in your area.<\/strong> This contributes to food security and promotes the local economy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also provide food or time, as a volunteer, in food banks or organizations<\/strong> that fight against hunger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can promote nutrition education programmes in schools and communities to raise awareness<\/strong> about the importance of a balanced diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
