Therefore, we promote an integrated approach from production to conscious consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Social innovation: new perspectives in food<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Social innovation allows us to re-think traditional challenges, apply creative processes and co-create with the community.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We look for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Sustainable local production<\/strong>: we encourage environmentally friendly agricultural practices that ensure the quality and sustainability of local products. Policies to support and train small farmers, as well as the incorporation of clean technologies, are essential for reducing the ecological footprint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Neighbourhood and digital markets<\/strong>: we foster the creation of markets that directly connect producers with consumers. This approach not only revitalizes local economies, but also promotes transparency and equity in the supply chain.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Consumer awareness and education<\/strong>: raising awareness of how food choices affect the planet and producing communities is vital.
