{"id":4249,"date":"2022-03-14T10:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T09:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kuna.bbk.eus\/?p=4249"},"modified":"2023-03-24T10:49:58","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T09:49:58","slug":"people-of-the-future-a-space-to-provide-a-voice-for-citizens-in-the-public-debate-about-the-future","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kuna.bbk.eus\/en\/people-of-the-future-a-space-to-provide-a-voice-for-citizens-in-the-public-debate-about-the-future\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cPeople of the future\u201d: A space to provide a voice for citizens in the public debate about the future \u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kuna.bbk.eus\/proyecto\/ciudadanos-del-futuro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Habitantes del Futuro<\/a>\u201d <\/strong>\u00a0es una propuesta que tiene como objetivo poner a la ciudadan\u00eda en el centro del debate de <strong>cuestiones que nos afectan e interpelan a toda la sociedad, Se trata de temas tan fundamentales como el trabajo, el transporte, la alimentaci\u00f3n o la moda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>En el marco de este proyecto, BBK Kuna impulsar\u00e1, dos veces al a\u00f1o,\u00a0 una encuesta sobre uno de los temas elegidos<\/strong>. Con los resultados y las conclusiones, se articular\u00e1n unas jornadas que se celebrar\u00e1n en BBK Kuna y en las que participar\u00e1n <strong>20 personas que hayan respondido a la encuesta<\/strong>, <strong>junto a representantes institucionales y voces expertas.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Las jornadas contar\u00e1n con mesas de reflexi\u00f3n y debate sobre el tema elegido, y las conclusiones extra\u00eddas en el estudio.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>El primer tema elegido ha sido el FUTURO DEL TRABAJO, y los di\u00e1logos asociados a esta materia se celebrar\u00e1n el d\u00eda 7 de abril.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se presentar\u00e1, dentro del espacio \u201cHABITANTES DEL FUTURO\u201d, una serie de publicaciones titulada <strong>Cuadernos del Futuro<\/strong>, una colecci\u00f3n de textos cortos con car\u00e1cter divulgativo que nace con la vocaci\u00f3n de acercar a la ciudadan\u00eda los distintos debates que expertos e instituciones est\u00e1n abordando sobre el futuro de nuestra sociedad. Cada texto resumir\u00e1 una tem\u00e1tica concreta se\u00f1alizada por los propios habitantes del futuro como esencial para sus vidas. Y apuntar\u00e1 hacia posibles escenarios deseables teniendo en cuenta el marco de la competitividad sostenible que pone el cuidado de la ciudadan\u00eda y el planeta en el centro de su paradigma.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Los siguientes pasos de \u201cHABITANTES EN EL FUTURO\u201d se centrar\u00e1n en c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 en 2050 la moda, la alimentaci\u00f3n, el transporte o la familia.<\/strong> \u00a0Todos temas de gran trascendencia en los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><u>EL MUNDO LABORAL DEL FUTURO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Para poner en marcha esta iniciativa, BBK Kuna ha comenzado poniendo el foco en el mundo laboral. Para ello, se ha realizado una encuesta representativa a 1000 ciudadanas vascas y vascos sobre el futuro del trabajo con el fin de recoger las opiniones y previsiones sobre el futuro laboral de la ciudadan\u00eda de Euskadi y ofrecer informaci\u00f3n de valor para el debate p\u00fablico y la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n\n<p>El proyecto vital de la mayor\u00eda de las personas est\u00e1 marcado de una u otra manera por el trabajo. Expertos e instituciones nos dibujan un horizonte de transformaci\u00f3n radical de este espacio productivo.<\/p>\n\n<p>El presente estudio coloca la voz de los ciudadanos en el centro de este debate sobre un futuro del trabajo orientado a la competitividad sostenible y al bienestar social<\/p>\n\n<p><strong><u>CONCLUSIONES DE LA ENCUESTA SOBRE EL FUTURO DEL TRABAJO<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo deber\u00edamos jubilarnos?; \u00bftendr\u00e1 el trabajo menor peso en nuestras vidas gracias al avance tecnol\u00f3gico?; \u00bfser\u00e1 normal en un futuro teletrabajar desde cualquier localizaci\u00f3n<\/em>?; o \u00bf<em>c\u00f3mo afectar\u00e1 la lucha contra el cambio clim\u00e1tico al mundo laboral<\/em>? son algunas de las cuestiones que est\u00e1n en el centro del debate en este momento, y contar con el punto de vista de los trabajadores respecto a estos temas, sin duda, permitir\u00e1 orientar el debate y las pol\u00edticas hacia las necesidades de las personas activas laboralmente.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Preguntadas por cuestiones como \u00e9stas, la encuesta arroja los siguientes datos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>EL TRABAJO Y EL TIEMPO<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>Aunque el 80% de la ciudadan\u00eda est\u00e1 en contra y piensa que los 63 es la edad ideal para jubilarse, seguiremos trabajando m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los 70 a\u00f1os. La mayor\u00eda cree que en el futuro se trabajar\u00e1 menos horas que ahora y el 63% apoya que haya una renta universal incondicionada.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>EL TRABAJO Y EL ESPACIO<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>El teletrabajo ser\u00e1 la opci\u00f3n m\u00e1s habitual seg\u00fan el 64% de los ciudadanos y las empresas invadir\u00e1n nuestro espacio digital privado. El 84% cree que se normalizar\u00e1n los n\u00f3madas digitales y que ser\u00e1 una oportunidad para acceder a empleos de otros pa\u00edses sin moverte del territorio.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>EL FUTURO VERDE DEL TRABAJO<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>El 81%, apoya el Pacto Verde Europeo para un desarrollo econ\u00f3mico justo y sostenible y cree que ayudara a que nuestros j\u00f3venes accedan a empleos de calidad en Euskadi. El 61% cree que esos nuevos empleos depender\u00e1n m\u00e1s de los m\u00e9ritos que de los contactos y que nuevas empresas emergentes ser\u00e1n las protagonistas en 2050.<\/p>\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de la ciudadan\u00eda ve necesaria la presencia de inmigrantes en el mercado laboral del futuro.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>LA DIGITALIZACI\u00d3N Y LA ROBOTIZACI\u00d3N EN 2050\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>El miedo y la esperanza conviven con la transformaci\u00f3n digital y la robotizaci\u00f3n. La mayor\u00eda cree que los robots nos liberar\u00e1n de las cargas de trabajo m\u00e1s insoportables y un 49% que no suponen una amenaza para su puesto de trabajo. El 62% no aceptar\u00eda que su jefe fuera un robot.<\/p>\n\n<p>El 59,1% de la ciudadan\u00eda cree que la digitalizaci\u00f3n, la robotizaci\u00f3n y el desarrollo de la inteligencia artificial generar\u00e1n nuevos empleos.<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><em>EL DESCONOCIMIENTO SOBRE LAS PROFESIONES DEL FUTURO\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de la ciudadan\u00eda no ha o\u00eddo hablar de muchas de las profesiones que seg\u00fan los expertos marcar\u00e1n el futuro y desconoce los empleos que generar\u00e1 la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.
