Biodanza is a system of human development that fosters affective integration through music, movement and group interaction. Its benefits include anxiolytic, relaxing and wellbeing-activating effects, promoting joie de vivre and respect for life. Through this process, identity, essence and respectful communication are strengthened, helping to harmonise ourselves internally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this session, we will work on reconnecting with the natural essence and personal vital rhythm, using deceleration and self-perception in a playful way. No dance knowledge or choreography is required, just comfortable clothes, non-slip socks and an open attitude to enjoy. The entrance fee is inverse, with a donation that will go to ADUR – Espacio de expresi\u00f3n para promover los beneficios de la biodanza (ADUR – Espacio de expresi\u00f3n para promover los beneficios de la biodanza). The workshop will take place from 11:00 to 13:00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
