Biodanza is a system of human development and emotional integration with myself, with others, and with the Whole, based on experiences generated through music, movement, and the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has anxiolytic and relaxing effects and promotes well-being and joie de vivre, strengthening identity and essence and harmonizing us internally, while developing our communication based on respect for Life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On this occasion, we will address the art of reconnecting with your natural essence and your vital rhythm through deceleration and self-perception in a playful and enjoyable way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is not necessary to know how to dance, nor is it about learning choreography, but rather about expressing yourself from your own feelings. All you need is comfortable clothing, non-slip socks, and a desire to enjoy yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Admission is by donation, and all proceeds from the event will go to ADUR \u2013 Espacio de expresi\u00f3n, with the aim of promoting this artistic discipline and its benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will run from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
