m\u00e1s de buscar ponerme en valor, reconocer, informar y dinamizar en clave cultura y comercial y hostelera nuestros barrios hist\u00f3ricos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Generando un proyecto en clave positiva que busca revitalizar la imagen de nuestros barrios y atraer a la ciudadan\u00eda hacia ellos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Los principales objetivos de\u00a0<strong>Retratos de un Barrio<\/strong>\u00a0son:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Generar y potenciar la atracci\u00f3n de los ciudadanos y ciudadanas de Bilbao en particular, y de Bizkaia en general, hacia los barrios de Bilbao la Vieja, San Francisco y Zabala.<\/li><li>Crear valor en los barrios hist\u00f3ricos para que los agentes econ\u00f3micos y empresariales vascos\u00a0 integren este \u00e1mbito en sus estrategias de inversi\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Desarrollar actuaciones que doten a los barrios hist\u00f3ricos de Bilbao de atractivo econ\u00f3mico, social, comercial, tur\u00edstico y cultural, integrando las distintas identidades actuales en una nueva, m\u00e1s grande y potente.<\/li><li>Dise\u00f1ar un proyecto de cohesi\u00f3n social partiendo de la integraci\u00f3n e inserci\u00f3n social de las personas que habitan en el entorno del Bilbao hist\u00f3rico.<\/li><li>Implementar la oferta cultural de los barrios a trav\u00e9s de esta nueva propuesta que auna comercio, cultura y arte creada en colaboraci\u00f3n a agentes del barrio.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Recuperar y potenciar el orgullo de pertenencia y la moral de los habitantes del Bilbao hist\u00f3rico<\/li><li>Dar a conocer, valorar y\/o revalorizar espacios, lugares y elementos de nuestro entorno m\u00e1s cercano,\u00a0 reconociendo y mostrando su inter\u00e9s, importancia y
