BBK ARTEGILEAK EXHIBITION

What happens when art leaves museums and moves into the heart of our towns? BBK KUNA is hosting the 2025 edition of BBK ARTEGILEAK, an initiative that shows that artistic creation is, above all, a shared process. BBK ARTEGILEAK, part of the Herriz Herri program, is an artistic residency in social centers in Bizkaia promoted by the BBK Foundation and coordinated by ANTespacio. For three months, five artists have worked hand in hand with users from different municipalities, not to “teach” art, but to co-create through listening, empathy, and horizontality. This exhibition is the result of that journey: a catalog of processes where drawing, music, sewing, and photography have served to generate community and transform everyday spaces into places of experimentation.
