BBK Open Science Fest 2021 is looking for projects to bring science closer to the public.

BBK Kuna, along with BIOOK, promotes the BBK Open Science Fest 2021. This Festival provides the opportunity to learn, share and enjoy open and participative science, and the possibilities it will generate as a driving force to achieve a better and more sustainable world.

BBK Open Science Fest, (BBK OSF), which will be held from 8 to 15 June, is a science meeting in which citizen participation is essential, and has already opened the period for the submission of proposals to participate in the open call.

Who can participate? Anyone who wants to share their passion for science, presenting an innovative educational activity, an experimental practice, a research project, an activity that seeks to improve the health of the environment, an artistic creation, etc. Any project or initiative that brings science closer to the public.

The Festival is set within the line of BBK Kuna’s promotion of citizen participation, and focusses in this edition, on exploring life, citizen science, community science and social innovation.

From 14 April to 9 May, anyone who has a proposal which fits in with the values and/or categories of the Festival may send it to be eligible to present it in June, within the framework of the “Open Science Meeting” in the BBK Open Science Fest 2021: BBK Open Science
