Throughout our 15 years of experience in Ashoka Spain, we have realised that when you focus on the person, on the entrepreneur, at the heart of the organisation, that person has the capacity to move, to move the organisation and to connect with others. He or she is capable of providing a solution to the problem, of constantly changing strategy to achieve the necessary impact. That is why, at Ashoka, we encourage leaders of social innovation to build a society that is capable of generating positive change, and on a large scale. Year after year, we identify these change agents, support them, and connect them to grow and inspire more people.
