Biodanza SRT: The dance of life

Biodanza is a system of human development and emotional integration with myself, with others, and with the Whole, based on experiences generated through music, movement, and the group.

It has anxiolytic and relaxing effects and promotes well-being and joie de vivre, strengthening identity and essence and harmonizing us internally, while developing our communication based on respect for Life.

On this occasion, we will address the art of reconnecting with your natural essence and your vital rhythm through deceleration and self-perception in a playful and enjoyable way.

It is not necessary to know how to dance, nor is it about learning choreography, but rather about expressing yourself from your own feelings. All you need is comfortable clothing, non-slip socks, and a desire to enjoy yourself.

Admission is by donation, and all proceeds from the event will go to ADUR – Espacio de expresión, with the aim of promoting this artistic discipline and its benefits.
