Tasting and Pairing
We encourage you to enjoy a gourmet plan, while we learn about artisan cheeses and combine them with the perfect pairings, as well as advising you on different accompaniments. Ready for a gastronomic experience?
We will taste a selection of 6 cheeses. From mild and creamy to the most intense and matured. Each one tells its own story and will offer us a unique taste experience.
The secret of a good pairing is that the two flavours complement each other and do not overlap. Both wine and beer are a good match for cheese and on this occasion, the pairing will be chosen by you. All you have to do is notify us when you sign up for the tasting.
The duration of the activity will be around an hour and a half and the price is 25€/person.
Undoubtedly, a session in which you can learn and enjoy a gourmet experience.
