BISUBI, Bizkaiko Sukaldarien Bilkura FUNDAZIOA, in collaboration with the University of Deusto, the Bilbao School of Hospitality, BBK – Fundación Bancaria, and BAT – B Accelerator Tower, is holding a conference to present the preliminary conclusions of the study carried out by the University of Deusto, which will help define the conceptual basis of the term GastroUtopia.

10:35 Presentation of the Bisubi-GastroUtopia project by Diego Valdivielso, Chief Operating Officer of BISUBI Bizkaiko Sukaldarien Bilkura FUNDAZIOA.

10:45 Presentation of the preliminary conclusions of the study on the term GastroUtopia carried out by a research team from the University of Deusto by Dr. Asuncion Fernandez-Villaran Ara, Dr. María Rocio Sánchez Chamorro, and Dr. Sofia García Torres.

12:00 Lunch provided by the non-profit cooperative Peñascal.
