Fashion Revolution Week 2023
Fashion Revolution Week is the annual campaign that brings together the largest movement of world fashion activism for seven days of activities held around the anniversary of the collapse of the Rana Plaza factory, marking its 10th anniversary this year.
Fashion Revolution is a non-profit organisation founded by fashion designers Carry Somers and Orsola de Castro, and is present in more than 100 countries worldwide. Its goal is to be a global movement unifying the voice and effort of people and institutions in order to improve the way fashion is produced and consumed, ensuring it is manufactured safely, cleanly and fairly, and promoting the collaboration of the entire production chain.
It is held every year, coinciding with the anniversary of the collapse of the Plaza Rana factory, marking its 10th anniversary this year. In this regard, BBK Kuna will host meetings, presentations, workshops and fashion shows, because Fashion Revolution Week has the Sustainable Development Goals engrained within its DNA.
