Experiment and learn about how a rain cloud is formed. Fill 2/3 of a glass with water and
the remaining third with foam and start to let the drops of coloured water fall. The goal of this experiment is
to give a simple explanation of how a rain cloud is formed.
Explain that clouds are evaporated water that weigh very little, and that is why they float in the air. When
the drops inside cool down, they become larger and get heavier and then, fall to the ground

Make HAMA creations and remember the importance of local consumption. In order to do
this, inspiration will be drawn from foods that our earth gives to us.
This will be done on templates for hama which will then be placed on vegetable paper and heated. When
the paper is removed, our creation is completed.

This time the session will focus on natural feminine health. From observation and the with our cycle, to caring through nutrition.
The community will join forces in order to excel in the event they have been preparing with great care and to which you are all invited.
Just like stars, friends are a gift, a reference point and a light that is always shining. This
is why we are going to trap all of the stars we can forming our own constellation which shines in the dark.
Choose a glass jar, or several, the size we like the most.
Using acrylic paint that shines in the dark (two tones) and thin paintbrushes, draw different sized dots within
the jar which will make up our familiar constellation.
