A session in which menstrual health will be explored through the prism of Self-knowledge.
Accepting yourself and feeling part of the community.
In this session we will explore, from the personal experience of each person, the stigmatisation and cultural dimensions of menstruation.

This time the session will focus on natural feminine health. From observation and the with our cycle, to caring through nutrition.
The community will join forces in order to excel in the event they have been preparing with great care and to which you are all invited.
Day of celebration and meeting. New voices and perspectives are welcome in an open session to which all citizens are invited.
