Time is a dimension over which we cannot exercise any power: we cannot cut it, bring it, take it, extend it (although sometimes it seems that we can). What we can do is learn to manage activities by assigning them a time and a cost, because time is money.

When we start an entrepreneurial project the days seem to fly by and productivity becomes a priority.

In this afterwork we bring you the necessary knowledge to learn how to manage not the time, but the activities we do every day to make the time work for us and not die trying, guided in this theoretical and practical afterwork by our networker Pilar Ramirez Amurrio, director of Dokusare, a company dedicated to consulting and management training that offers management tools ready to use.
