Talk about SDG No. 17 partnerships for the goals and about the “Participative Bilbao” charter of values. Explain to the group about the power of joining together in order to achieve a goal. About how belonging to a group makes you strong.
Tell them about the how the City Council wants to know what their proposals are in order to improve their neighbourhoods and draw these and place them in envelopes which will then be turned into a flying plane. Once this has been done, play a throwing game to see which one flies the farther. To finish, place all the planes in a large envelope and send to the City Council by mail. Will we receive and answer?
