UNRWA Euskadi and the Basque Culinary Center are pleased to invite you to the presentation of “RECETAS CONTRA EL OLVIDO. Cooking with Palestinian refugee women in Lebanon”, an unusual cookbook written from the culinary knowledge of 12 brave women for whom cooking is a unique way of telling the Palestinian story, their story.
If you love gastronomy and want to learn more about the Palestinian culinary legacy, join us on Saturday 27 January. Together with Luisa López Tellería, gastronomic designer and teacher at the Basque Culinary Center, you will be able to feel and taste the aromas, products and recipes of traditional Palestinian cuisine and soak up the enthusiasm and strength that Palestinian refugee women in Lebanon display every day
