Why and why is it important to work on emotions at all ages? How do we achieve well-being and emotional health?

Creativity, creative exercise is a very powerful tool to work emotional aspects. Doing and achieving achievements by experimenting with different creative techniques is a generator of well-being and self-knowledge.

In this afterwork, through the experience of one of our networkers through her project Loreta Piruleta, we will have the opportunity to know and learn how to take advantage of creativity to build a brand.

In entrepreneurship, emotional empowerment and well-being is the key to success, the element that will allow us to survive all the difficulties we will encounter along the way and come out stronger.
